end of hopeful vows (2023-24)

 

one can say that a person’s life is like a small universe, an edifice built of memories, choices, actions, desires, hopes, fears, pain, love, identity. In the journey from birth towards death, one can also say that in any case, we are all disappearing in the vortex of time, like shadows. But is that all? does this make everything meaningless?

try and watch this in total darkness, if you want to see the stars.

'end of hopeful vows' was first exhibited in the  ‘Lalangue or Poetics of Existence’ group exhibition (curator: Yiannis Mitrou), that was part of Back to Athens 12, 25-29 June 2025.
